PANKO SOFT SHELL CRAB
Rinse each crab and set it on the paper towel to dry. Mix together milk with egg and set aside; combine flour, salt and five spice powder, pour flour mixture on to a big plate and empty content of Panko on a separate plate for coating. Coat each crab with flour on both sides, then dip into the egg mixture. Drain; then coat both sides of crabs with panko as well. Heat oil to 325-350ﾂｰF and place 1 or 2 crabs each time and fry for 2 minutes then turn around to fry for another 2 minutes or until golden brown on both sides, repeat until all 5 crabs are fried. Drain fried crabs on paper towel on a rack to cool and serve.
