Jasmine Tea Jello
Pour content of 2 envelopes of gelatin in 1 cup cold water, mix well and let it stand for 1 minute. Place tea bags into 2 cups boiling water and steep for 3 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add hot tea into the cold gelatin mixture, combine with sugar, and whisk well until dissolved. Pour tea gelatin liquid evenly into small containers, let cool, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. To serve: pour 1 tablespoon of creamer or half-and-half on top of the jello and enjoy.
Makes 3 servings, about 1 cup each.
