WASABI SALMON SALAD


Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces skinless, boneless salmon fillet, cooked and cooled
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup green onion & top, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Dynasty Wasabi Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


Directions:
Flake salmon; remove and discard any bones. Combine salmon, celery, green onion & top, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt in bowl. Serve immediately after making for best flavor.


Servings:
Makes 3 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
