Classic Fried Rice
Combine soy and oyster sauces; set aside. Heat large frying pan, preferably nonstick, over high heat. Lightly coat inside of pan with cooking spray. Add eggs; coat bottom of pan. Reduce heat to medium; cook until set. Turn out of pan to cutting surface; dice. Lightly coat inside of same pan with additional cooking spray. Add green onions & tops, carrot, peas and ham. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Add rice, eggs and sauce mixture; cook and stir 3 minutes, or until all is heated through. Remove from heat. Mix in sesame oil. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings, about 1-1/4 cup each.
