Salad with Blue Mussels

  • Ingredients:
  • 16 blue mussels
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/4 carrot
  • 1/4 tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 milk
  • 2 Tbsp. KENKO Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine
  • salt (season to taste)
  • black pepper (season to taste)
  • parseley (season to taste)
  • olive (season to taste)
  • parseley (season to taste)
  • Chervil (season to taste)

  • Instructions:
  • Wash blue mussels. Dice onion, tomato, carrot and garlic. Stir fry garlic until you smell the garlic, then add onions, tomatoes and carrots. Add Kenko mayonnaise, milk, white wine, and blue mussels. Steam. Add diced parseley and season to taste.
